Toronto Shangri-La Condos University Avenue Toronto
Pictured above is the new luxury Toronto Shangri-La Condos on University Avenue.
This location is just so convenient to every one who works on University Avenue, Doctors, Nurses, Insurance Executives and Government employees just up the street not to mention students and faculty at the University of Toronto.
Actually I started this Blog post to report the Toronto Real Estate June resale figures and of course the average resale price of both Condos and Homes but..
I liked our recent photo of the Shangri-la Hotel and Condos better and will focus on it for now.
Surprisingly the view from the Shangri-La facing the camera (North) is somewhat better than a South view that is blocked by many of the new Commercial buildings downtown.
We had the luxury of visiting the Shangri-La during construction and went up to maybe 40 floors at that time.
When fully completed the Shangri-La Hotel and Condos in Toronto will be a destination itself for parties, meetings and for International travellers wanting a 5 star stay in Toronto.
