Bay Street Condos
Bay Street Condominiums
As we all know, the Toronto Condominium Market continues to forge ahead and Bay Street Condos are no exception.

Pictured above are the Burano Condos on Bay Street located across the Street from the now completed Murano Condos.

We strive to bring pictures of the new and upcoming Toronto Condos in our Blogs, hoping a picture can speak a thousand words.

I have helped two clients to purchase Condo units in the Burano and they are both looking forward to move in as soon as their Condos are completed.

Here are our latest Bay And College Condos for sale or rent.

Will New Toronto Condos Satisfy Future Demographics?

Bay Street Condos

Every year Toronto records approximately 80,000 to 100,000 newcomers from around the globe annually.

It has been estimated that Toronto and the GTA will need to provide up to 40,000 units of housing per year however according to RealNet Canada the entire GTA Condominium high rise industry working at full capacity over the last five years has not been able to produce more than 15,789 unit in any given year.

Is it now possible that Toronto could experience an under supply of New Condominiums that only could lead to higher prices in the future.

What will happen if Toronto can not build enough Condos?

The various governments have restricted single family homes by various green belts and growth guidelines so the most intensification will occur in the high rise sector.
