A new Toronto Condo tower,The Aura, is planned for Yonge and Gerrard street. This 75-storey tower should become a landmark in the downtown area. It is called The Aura Tower and is the third phase of the College Park Condos development.
This Toronto Condo tower will be close to the height of the planned 1 Bloor East and also the Trump tower.
This latest Toronto Condo project is very different as it was designed by a committee of big name architects that made alterations I think for the better to reach a settlement with the Ontario Municipal Board.
The review had the Tower moved, a taller podium and new ways in how the project meets the street. The new podium design should really add excitement to the intersection of Yonge and Gerrard.
